    颈动脉狭窄患者行颈动脉内膜切除术的围手术期护理

    摘要目的:探讨颈动脉内膜切除术治疗颈动脉狭窄患者围手术期的临床护理方法。方法:回顾性分析总结2012年12月~2014年3月我科收治的124例颈动脉狭窄患者实施颈动脉内膜切除术治疗围手术期的观察要点和护理方法。结果:通过手术治疗和术后相关护理措施，患者术后未发生护理并发症，能及时发现术后危及生命的并发症并处理。结论:颈动脉内膜切除术是目前治疗颅外段颈动脉内膜硬化性狭窄、预防脑卒中最常见的手术方式，护理重点是术前做好患者的安全管理，术后密切观察切口局部情况，着重预防颈部出血、脑过度灌注综合征、脑梗死等并发症，使患者平稳度过围术期。

    AbstractObjective：To study the perioperative clinical nursing in patients with carotid stenosis treated by carotid endarterectomy.Methods：The clinical data of 124 patients with carotid endarterectomy were reviewed,to analyze the perioperative observational features nursing experience.Results：All the patients were taken surgical treatment and nursing intervention carefully,and no nursing complications occurred, with the life-threateningcomplications timely and effectively found.Conclusion：Carotid endarterectomy is the most common treatment technique to treat extracranial carotid stenostic disease and prevent stroke,preoperative nursing emphases is security management,postoperative nursing emphases is observing incision,emphatically prevent hemorrhage,cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome and stoke to help patient through perioperative period. ......
