足踝软组织缺损后应用负压封闭引流联合穿支皮瓣移植治疗的围手术期护理

    摘要目的：探讨足踝软组织损伤后应用负压封闭引流联合穿支皮瓣移植治疗的围手术期的护理方法。方法：总结2013年3月~2014年3月30例在我院住院治疗的足踝部软组织缺损患者进行负压封闭引流联合穿支皮瓣移植治疗给予患者术前、术后细致、规范的护理方法。结果：所选的30例患者中，皮瓣一期愈合患者29例，1例高龄合并糖尿病患者行游离股前外穿支皮瓣移植后，出现感染导致皮瓣边缘1 cm坏死区域，后经定期换药后于2 d后愈合。结论：针对负压封闭引流联合穿支皮瓣移植术的护理方式护理效果显著，患者术后功能恢复良好，值得在临床上推广应用。

    Perioperative nursing of vacuum sealing drainage and flaps transferring for the repairing of soft tissue defect of ankle and foot

    AbstractObjective:To investigate the method of perioperative nursing of vacuum sealing drainage and flaps transferring for the repairing of soft tissue defect of ankle and foot. Methods:30 patients who suffered from soft tissue defect of ankle and foot were treated for using vacuum sealing drainage and flaps transferring,giving them meticulous and standard nursing methods.Results:29 of 30 patients were primarily closed.1 patient with old age and diabetes mellitus developed infections and then formatted 1 cm necrotic area.After regular treatment 2 days,it was healed.Conclusion:The effect of nursing which is aimed at vacuum sealing drainage and flaps transferring is remarkable,and the functions recover successfully.So it is worth popularizing and applying on clinic. ......
