银翘散联合更昔洛韦治疗手足口病的效果观察与护理

    摘要目的：探讨银翘散联合更昔洛韦治疗手足口病的效果与护理。方法：选取我院2011年1月~2013年12月收治的120例手足口病患儿为研究对象，并将其随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗，观察组则在此基础上加用银翘散治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果及药物安全性。结果：观察组患儿的治疗效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：银翘散联合更昔洛韦治疗手足口病效果确切，药物安全，在临床护理过程中，需要做好消毒隔离、发热护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理、饮食调理和心理护理，能够明显提高患儿的临床疗效。

    Clinical study and nursing observation of Yinqiao powder combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of hand-foot and mouth disease

    AbstractObjective:To explore the clinical study and nursing effect of Yinqiao powder combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of hand-foot and mouth disease.Methods:120 children with hand-foot and mouth disease in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were as the object of study,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with ganciclovir treatment，the observation group with Yinqiao powder treatment combined with ganciclovir.Treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment group effect was significantly berrer than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Yinqiao powder and combined ganciclovir treatment of hand-foot and mouth disease is exact,in clinical nursing process,we need to do a good job of disinfection and isolation,fever,nursing,oral care,skin care, diet and psychological nursing,can significantly improve children's clinical curative effect. ......
