    阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者实施气道正压通气的护理

    摘要目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者实施气道正压通气治疗的护理效果。方法：选择我科2013年1月~2014年6月收治的OSAHS的轻、中、重度患者42例为研究对象，给予实施针对性的健康宣教、症状与心理护理及并发症护理等优质护理干预。结果：护理干预后，患者主观症状、嗜睡症状、生活质量、症状维度总体改善。结论：对OSAHS患者采取相应的优质护理干预，可明显缓解患者有关症状，改善患者的生活方式，其体重指数、症状和部分生活质量得到改善，自护意识大大提高。

    Nursing of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in patients with airway positive pressure ventilation

    AbstractObjective:To evaluate patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome (OSAHS) implementation of positive airway pressure treatment of high quality nursing intervention effect.Methods:From January 2013 to June 2014 OSAHS of 42 patients with light,medium and heavy as the research object,in addition to take general oral conventional nursing education,also the implementation of specific symptoms and psychological health education,nursing and complications such as high quality nursing intervention measures.More patients before and after the nursing intervention in health education knowledge mastery,breathing,blood oxygen saturation,body mass index,improve sleep quality,micro awakening and self-conscious symptom relief and other conditions change.Results:After nursing intervention,patients' subjective symptoms,sleepiness,quality of life,such as dimensions and overall improvement were better than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P40时表明属于重症患者 ......
