浅谈基层医院合同制护士的管理体会

摘要目的:分析近十年招聘录用的合同制护士现状,探索一条规范的管理之道,提高护理质量。方法:通过源头把关、岗前培训、科室轮转、疏导沟通、提高待遇等方法,稳定合同制护士队伍,激发合同制护士的潜力,增强自信心和主人翁精神。结果:合同制护士队伍稳定,离职率下降,差错发生减少,表彰奖励和晋升机会增多。结论:公平公正的用人制度,机动灵活的人性化管理,是合同制护士安心工作的前提,更是提高护理质量的保证。

Management of contract nurses in basic-level hospital

AbstractObjective:To analyze the present situation of contract nurses past ten years in the recruitment,exploring a standardized management,improve the quality of nursing.Methods:Through the source control,pre job training, different departments,the communication channel,improve the treatment method,a stable team contract nurses and contract nurses,excitation potential,enhance self-confidence and sense.Results:The results showed that contract nurses team stable,turnover rate was fell,reduced the error occurred,awards and promotions to increase.Conclusion:The fairuse system,flexible humanized management,is that the premise of contract nurses to work,but also to improve nursing quality assurance. ......
