    基于岗位胜任力的应用型本科护理人才培养模式研究

    摘要为促进应用型护理人才的培养，提出基于岗位胜任力的应用型本科人才培养模式。研究及讨论以岗位胜任力为基础应用型本科人才培养模式的构建，涵盖基于岗位胜任力的人才培养目标的制定，课程体系设计，教学方法和手段的改革，评价体系的创新等。
