临床护理教师参与微格教学培训的质性研究

摘要目的:了解临床护理教师接受微格教学培训后的体会,为快速有效地培训临床护理教师教学技能提供依据。方法:采用开放性、半结构式访谈法对10名接受过微格教学培训的临床护理教师进行深度访谈,运用质性研究资料分析的方法对资料进行整理和分析,提炼主题。结果: 从访谈的内容中提炼出4个主题:带教教师认为自身教学技能得到了较大地提高;微格教学有利于激发学生学习的主动性和积极性;有必要建立一套系统的临床护理微格教学培训模式;建立合理的评价方法是教学技能培训中评价工作的关键。结论:临床护理老师的教学技能及学生学习兴趣得到提高,但仍存在一些不足,建议建立一套系统的临床护理微格教学培训模式和评价体系。
