    大腔导管抽吸治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床护理

    摘要目的：探讨大腔导管抽吸治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理方法。方法：回顾性分析24例下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床资料，均接受以10 F导引导管抽吸为主的综合介入治疗，对所有患者围手术期实施优质综合护理。结果：手术技术成功率100%，均未出现症状性肺栓塞、血管壁破裂等严重并发症。平均住院7 d，出院时临床有效率达100%。结论：大腔导管抽吸治疗下肢深静脉血栓安全有效，优质的综合护理是保证治疗成功的重要因素。

    The clinical care of using optical cavity suction therapy deep venous thrombosis

    AbstractObgective:To explore the clinical care when optical cavity suction is used to treat deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods：Review the clinical data of 24 patients with DVT and apply interventional therapy mainly guided by 10 F steering catheter suction as well as quality caring in preoperative caring.Results:The success rate of operations reached 100% without any serious complications like symptomatic pulmonary embolism and broken vascular wall. The average hospitalized time was seven days and all the patients were cured when they leave the hospital. Conclusion:Using optical cavity suction to treat DVT is safe and effective and quality care plays an important role in those successful treatments. ......
