    酒精浸泡剥离法下行胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术的围手术期护理

    摘要目的：探讨酒精浸泡剥离法行翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术的围手术期护理方法。方法：对2012年5月~2013年5月我院收治的62例(62眼)翼状胬肉患者采用20%酒精溶液浸泡剥离胬肉头部行胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术，并进行围手术期护理。结果：术后术眼角膜局部光滑平整，62例无新生血管及结膜增生组织侵入，羊膜愈合良好，患者视力均有不同程度提高，术后随访1个月，视力均有提高。结论：通过采用20%酒精溶液浸泡剥离胬肉头部行胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术，并在围术期加强管理，采取有效的护理措施，可提高翼状胬肉手术的成功率，降低复发率，提高翼状胬肉患者术后视力。

    Perioperative nursing of amniotic membrane transplantation and pterygium excision by ethyl alcohol soaking and peeling

    AbstractObjective:To explore perioperative nursing methods after amniotic membrane transplantation and pterygium excision by ethyl alcohol soaking and peeling.Methods:Take 62 pterygium patients hospitalized between May.2012 and May.2013 as our subject and apply 20% ethyl alcohol soaking and peeling method and have amniotic membrane transplantation and pterygium excision. Meanwhile, apply perioperative nursing on those patients during the whole process. Results:The cornea of patients who had the surgery was smooth and level and no patients had new vessels and conjunctive proliferation. The amniotic membrane was in good recovery and the vision of patients was getting better. In the post-operation follow-up visit one month after the surgery, the vision of patients all got better. Conclusion:Applying 20% ethyl alcohol soaking and peeling method as well as amniotic membrane transplantation and pterygium excision and enhancing the perioperative nursing management, like take effective nursing measures can improve the success rate of pterygium operation and reduce the reoccurrence rate of such disease, enhance the post-operation vision of pterygium patients. ......
