    临床护士对心电监护报警设置掌握情况的调查分析

    摘要目的：了解临床护士在心电监护仪报警设置掌握现状，发现在临床使用中所存在的缺陷，从而提高临床护士对心电监护仪使用及报警重要性的认识，提升专科护理内涵。方法：2014年3~4月对我院100名临床护士进行心电监护知识的问卷调查和临床各科室监护仪现场设置报警进行调查分析。结果：临床护士对监护仪使用自评分最高的是正确连接电极(4.01±0.76)分，最低的是正确处理报警(3.53±0.74)分，现场调查监护仪报警值显示收缩压报警值设置正确率最低。结论：医院应进一步完善管理体制，开展不同形式的心电监护理论及技能的培训，提升护士心电监护报警设置的正确率，从而提升护士临床工作能力，提高护理质量。

    The survey and analysis of the master of alarm setting in electrocardiograph monitoring among clinical nurses

    AbstractObjective:To learn about the current situation of alarm setting in electrocardiograph monitoring among clinical nurses and spot the clinical defects, thus improving the awareness of the importance of the correct usage of ECG monitor and alarm setting of clinical nurses.Methods:Carry out a questionnaire survey about cardiograph monitoring knowledge among 100 clinical nurses between Mar.2014 and April.2014 and askcd them to set the alarm on the monitors from different clinical departments. Results:The highest self-evaluation score (4.01±0.76) among those clinical nurses was about how to correctly connect the electrode to the monitor and the lowest self-evaluation score (3.53±0.74) was about how to deal with the alarm. The field investigation showed that few nurses know how to set the systolic pressure on the monitor.Conclusion:The hospital should improve the management system and organize different forms of training about cardiograph monitoring theory and skills, improve the correctness rate of setting cardiograph alarm among clinical nurses, thus prompting the working ability of clinical nurses and lifting nursing quality. ......
