    毫米波与药物外敷治疗静脉炎和皮肤损伤疗效的对比研究

    摘要目的：比较毫米波和药物外敷两种方法在静脉炎和皮肤损伤治疗中的应用效果。方法：将2010年2月~2014年12月我院收治的200例静脉炎患者随机等分成观察组和对照组。观察组行毫米波局部照射每次30~40 min，每天1~2次；对照组行药物局部涂擦每次30 min，每天2~3次，分别于2，3，5，7 d观察两组局部愈合情况、愈合时间、疼痛程度及患者的舒适度等指标。结果：观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组,观察组皮肤损伤治疗效果明显好于对照组。结论：毫米波在治疗静脉炎和皮肤损伤时疗效高于药物外敷，能减轻患者疼痛、提高舒适度，是一种安全、方便、有效的方法。

    The comparative study of the effects of millimeter wave and external application on the treatment of phlebitis and skin injury

    AbstractObjective:To compare the effects of millimeter wave and external application on the treatment of phlebitis and skin injury.Methods:Take 200 phlebitis patients hospitalized in our hospital between Feb.2010 and Dec.2014 and divide them into two groups, observation group and control group. The observation group was partially radiated with millimeter wave, 30-40 mins per time and 1-2 times one day. The control group was partially applied with some medicines, 30 mins per time, 2-3 times per day. Then compare the healing situation, healing time, pain, and comfort level of patients at 2 days,3 days, 5 days,7 days.Results:The treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group and the treatment effect of observation group on skin injury was better than that of control group.Conclusion:The millimeter wave have better treatment effects than external application when it comes to phlebitis and skin injury and it can ease the pain, make patients feel comfortable. It is a safe, convenient, and effective method. ......
