    血液透析患者社会支持与生活质量的相关性研究

    摘要目的：了解血液透析患者的社会支持和生活质量情况并探讨其相关性。方法：采用生活质量调查问卷和社会支持量表对长沙地区两所三级甲等医院的85例血液透析患者进行调查。结果：血液透析患者生活质量水平较低，社会支持度较好。精神健康与客观支持和社会支持总分呈正相关(P0.05)。结论：血液透析患者的社会支持和生活质量存在一定相关性，护士应充分利用社会支持系统，提高患者的生活质量。

    The correlation research of the hemodialysis patients' social support and life quality

    AbstractObjective:To study the social support and life quality of hemodialysis patients and to discuss the correlation between them.Methods:Life quality questionnaires and social support measurement tables were used to investigate 85 hemodialysis patients of two grade-three-class-one hospitals in Changsha area.Results:The life quality of hemodialysis patients was low and the social support was relatively high.Mental health was in positive correlation with objective support and social support (P0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis patients′ life quality and social support were correlative.Nurses should attach more attention to the effect of social support to improve their quality of life. ......
