    手术团队成员对手术安全核查制度的认知度调查

    摘要目的：了解目前我院执行手术安全核查制度(SSVS)的现状，为进一步完善和提高SSVS的执行情况提供参考依据。方法：2014年4月1～30日使用自行设计SSVS认知度调查表，对56名手术团队成员进行问卷调查。结果：手术团队成员对SSVS推行背景的认知欠深入，对SSVS执行及手术安全核查表填写的某些问题的认知存在一定差异。多数受访者认为需加强SSVS培训及执行情况督查，以保证SSVS的实施效果。结论：目前我院执行手术安全核查制度尚有欠缺，需采取加强SSVS培训，建立SSVS执行情况监管机制等措施以提高SSVS执行力度。

    A survey on surgical team member′s cognition on surgical safety verification system

    AbstractObjective:To learn the status quo of the performance of surgical safety verification system (SSVS) in our hospital.Methods:The 56 surgical team members were surveyed with a self-designed cognition degree questionnaire during April 1,2014 to April 30, 2014.Results:Surgical team members′ cognition on carry-out background of SSVS was not deep and there were some differences on the performance of SSVS and cognition of some issues in surgical safety verification sheet.Most of respondents thought it was necessary to strengthen the supervision of SSVS training and implementation to ensure the implementation effect of SSVS.Conclusion:Performance of surgical safety verification system in our hospital was not enough,SSVS training shall be strengthened and a SSVS implementation regulation mechanism shall be constructed to improve SSVS implementation strength. ......
