    小组负责制在ICU危重患者护理中的应用

    摘要目的：探讨在ICU危重患者护理过程中采用小组负责制的护理效果。方法：选取2014年4～8月我院ICU收治的危重患者33例作为对照组，将2014年9～12月收治的危重患者37例作为观察组，对照组采取功能制护理模式进行护理；观察组采用小组负责制进行护理。对两组患者监护时间、住院时间、不良事件发生情况进行统计，对两组护理质量进行评分，对两组患者生活质量进行评价。结果：观察组患者平均监护时间、ICU住院时间明显短于对照组，观察组患者不良事件发生少于对照组；观察组危重患者护理质量、急救护理质量、护理文件书写质量、基础护理质量、消毒隔离护理质量以及病房管理质量得分均明显高于对照组；观察组患者总体健康、生理功能、精神健康和情绪状态得分明显高于对照组。结论：在ICU病房对危重患者实施小组负责制更加有利于对患者实施连续性的护理，从而可以有效改善护理效果，提高护理质量和患者的生活质量，有利于患者康复。

    Application of the group responsibility system on the nursing of ICU critical patients

    AbstractObjective:To explore the nursing effects of group responsibility system applied in the nursing of ICU critical patients.Methods:The 33 cases of critical patients admitted to the ICU department in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2014 were selected as the control group,37 cases of critical patients admitted from September 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the observation group;the control group was nursed with the functional nursing mode and the observation group was nursed with the group responsibility system. Monitoring time,hospitalization time and adverse events of the two groups were counted,the nursing quality of the two groups was scored and living quality of the two groups was evaluated.Results:Average monitoring time,ICU hospitalization time of the observation group was obviously less than that of the control group and the adverse events of the observation group were less than that of the control group;scores of nursing quality,nursing quality of emergency medicine,writing quality of nursing records,basic nursing quality,disinfection and isolation nursing quality as well as ward management quality were obviously higher than that of the control group;scores of overall health,physiological function,mental health and emotional state were obviously higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The group responsibility system applied in the nursing of ICU critical patients can bring benefit for the continuity of patient nursing to effectively improve the nursing effect and the living quality of patients,thus it is beneficial to the patients′ recovery. ......
