    功能失调性子宫出血患者服药依从性调查及影响因素分析

    目的：探讨功能失调性子宫出血患者服药依从性影响因素及护理对策。方法：选取2014年1月～2017年2月我院妇科治疗的功能失调性子宫出血患者104例，调查患者的服药依从性影响因素，并提出相应的护理对策。结果：功能失调性子宫出血患者服药依从性影响因素包括患者年龄、学历、婚姻状况、SDS评分、SAS评分、疾病认知。结论：针对多种因素影响功能失调性子宫出血患者服药依从性情况，护理人员采取不同干预措施改善患者服药依从性，促进患者康复。

    AbstractObjective:To explore the influencing factors of medication compliance and its nursing strategies in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: A total of 104 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who received treatment in the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the research subjects. The influencing factors of medication compliance were investigated and the corresponding nursing strategies were put forward. Results: The influencing factors of medication compliance in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding included age, education, marital status, SDS score, SAS score and disease cognition. Conclusion: In view of the various factors influencing the compliance of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, nursing staff can take different intervention measures to improve the medication compliance of patients and promote the rehabilitation of the patients. ......
