    美国通识教育对我国高等护理教育的经验及启示

    美国研究型大学的通识教育是为了解决美国社会所面临的各种危机和问题，提高人才培养质量，回归教育之本。文章拟从美国通识教育的理念嬗变和实践变革两个维度探究适合我国高等护理教育发展的本土化路径，以期提高我国卫生护理人才的综合素质。

    AbstractThe general education of research universities in USA is to solve the various crises and problems faced by American society, improve the talent cultivation quality, and return to the foundation of education. This paper planned to discuss the path of localization suitable to China’s higher nursing education development from concept evolution and transform practice, two dimensions of USA’s general education, expecting to improve the comprehensive quality of China’s health nursing talents.

    通识教育又称“普通教育”、“一般教育”或“通才教育”，19世纪发轫于美国，缘起现代大学分科专门化、知识被严重割裂，20世纪成为美国大学必修科目。尽管历经高等教育界时代风云变迁，美国通识教育依然占有十分重要地位。其教育之本和成为世界典范的原因在于它根植于美国本土文化，以社会现实问题为导向，融入自由教育的精神灵魂，通过高质量的通识教育和专业教育的有机融合，培养具有国际视野的拔尖创新人才。人才培养既是现代大学的重要职能，也是我国高等教育“双一流”建设的题中之要义。随着医学模式的发展和我国人口老龄化、二胎政策放开等社会问题的凸显，培养创新型、高素质的护理专业人才日益提上日程 ......
