目的:分析影响本科护生参与高仿真情景模拟教学的相关因素。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对12名本科护生进行深入访谈,使用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果:影响因素可归纳为学习态度与心理特征、高仿真情景模拟实训课程设置与管理、团队协作能力、真实感四个主题。结论:应提高护生的学习主动性,增强其自信心,完善课程设置和管理,缩短临床差距,培养团队协作意识,优化实训课程模式,以利于后期高仿真模拟教学的开展。

AbstractObjective To analyze the impact factors of undergraduate nursing students involved in high simulation scene simulation teaching. Methods: Twelve undergraduate nursing students were interviewed by phenomenological research in qualitative research, and analyzed the data by using content analysis method. Results: The influencing factors can be grouped into four themes: learning attitude and psychological characteristics, high simulation scene simulation training course setting and management, teamwork ability and realism. Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the learning initiative of nursing students, enhance their self-confidence, improve the curriculum and management, shorten the clinical gap, train the team’s cooperation consciousness and optimize the training course mode so as to facilitate the development of the later high-fidelity simulation teaching. ......
