摘要：目的观察阿胶补血膏灌胃给药对小鼠失血性贫血及非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法将50只贫血模型小鼠随机分为5组，每组10只，分别为阳性对照复方阿胶浆组(12.5 mL/kg)，阿胶补血膏大剂量组(12.5 g/kg)、中剂量组(6.25 g/kg)、小剂量组(3.13 g/kg)及模型对照组，各组小鼠分别灌胃给予不同剂量的药物，进行观察。结果阿胶补血膏小鼠灌胃给药可使失血性贫血小鼠血红蛋白及红细胞明显回升，与模型对照组比较有显著性差异；可明显增加碳粒廓清速率，对小鼠非特异性免疫有增强作用。结论该药可治疗失血性贫血小鼠，提高非特异性免疫功能。

Pharmacodynamics Study of E-jiao Hematinic Ointment

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of E-jiao hematinic ointment on posthemorrhagic anemia and nonspecific immunity of mice given by intragastric administration.Methods 50 anemia mice were divided into 5 groups randomly with 10 in each group, which are positive control compound E-jiao slurry group(12.5 mL/kg), E-jiao hematinc ointment high dose group(12.5 g/kg), middle dose group(6.25 g/kg), low dose group(3.13 g/kg)and model control group, respectively. Mice of each group were given by intragastric administration, and observation was made. Results E-jiao hematinic ointment could make the hemoglobin and erythrocyte of the posthemorrhagic anemia mice increase obviously, which had significant difference to the model control group; it could also increase the clearance rate of carbon particle, which had an enhancement effect of nonspecific immunity of mice. Conclusion The drug has the curative effect on posthemorrhagic anemia and the enhancement effect of nonspecific immunity of mice.

1材料
1.1受试品
阿胶补血膏(规格：300 g/瓶，山东东阿阿胶集团有限公司，使用时用蒸馏水配成所需浓度)；复方阿胶浆(深棕色液体，规格：20 mL/支，山东东阿阿胶集团有限公司)。
1.2试剂
印度墨水(规格：25 mL/瓶，北京西中化工。生理盐水1︰3稀释后离心，弃去沉淀物备用)。
1.3动物
昆明种小鼠(体重：20～22 g，山东大学实验动物中心提供，合格证号：鲁动质字200001002)。
动物实验条件：SPF动物实验室，鲁动环字200001002，湿度：40%～70%，温度：20～24 ℃，风速：0.1～0.2 m/s，气流：≥28次/h。
1.4仪器
SYSMEX KX-21型全自动血细胞计数仪(日本东亚医用电子株式会社)；LDZ5-2低速自动平衡离心机(北京医用离心机厂)；722分光光度计(上海分析仪器厂)。
2方法与结果
2.1对小鼠失血性贫血的影响
实验方法参照已有文献[1，2] 相关内容进行。
2.1.1失血性贫血小鼠模型复制 取健康小鼠60只，10只作为正常对照，另50只每隔2 d用等长度毛细管由内眦静脉放血8滴，共4次。8 d后由内眦静脉取血测血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)，小鼠Hb由正常小鼠的(129.0±6.6) g/L下降至(90.6±12.1 )g/L左右，同时出现精神萎靡、皮毛蓬松和不活跃等症状，证明模型已建成。
2.1.2分组与给药将上述造模成功的50只贫血小鼠随机分为5组，每组10只，分别为阳性对照复方阿胶浆组(12.5 mL/kg)，阿胶补血膏大剂量组(12.5 g/kg)、中剂量组(6.25 g/kg)、小剂量组(3.13 g/kg)及模型对照组，各组小鼠分别灌胃给予上述不同剂量的药物，给药体积0.5 mL/20 g，1次/d，连续给药11 d，于末次给药后2 h由内眦静脉取血测Hb、RBC，结果见表1、表2 ......
