摘要：医疗费用的上涨是全世界共同面对的难题，其原因是多方面的，解决的关键是建立科学的支付方式。本文从支付方式入手，分析了现有支付方式对医疗费用控制的失灵，探讨了我国变革支付方式的制约因素及相应对策。

    Affection of Different Payment Means on Medical Cost

    Abstract：The increase of medical cost, which can be attributed to many factors, is inevitable in the world. The establishment of scientific payment means is the linchpin to controlling the irrational increase of medical expenditure. This article analyzes why the current payment means fails to control the irrational increase and approaches the restrict factors against the reform of current payment means and the corresponding strategies.
