摘要：目的考察氯霉素滴眼液及其主要降解产物滴眼液对兔眼的刺激作用。方法氯霉素滴眼液及其主要降解产物4种滴眼液滴眼，每日6次，每次2滴，连续14 d。结果和结论4种滴眼液对兔眼均无明显刺激作用。

    Irritant Effect of Chloramphenicol Eye Drops and Its Degradation Products on Rabbit Eyes

    Abstract：Objective To test the irritant effect of chloramphenicol eye drops and its degradation products on rabbit eyes. Methods Four kinds of related eye drops containing chloramphenicol or its degradation products were used two drops per time and six times per day for two weeks. Results and Conclusion The four kinds of eye drops have no marked irritant action on the tested rabbit eyes.
