摘要：环糊精分子具有独特的空间结构和高度选择性，在荧光分析、药物控制释放、手性识别、模拟酶、分子开关、超分子构筑等方面起着重要作用。环糊精与药物形成包合物后能大大增加药物的溶解度、生物利用度及实现靶向作用。现对研究环糊精和药物形成包合物的常用表征手段及其优缺点作一综述。
