摘要：磷脂酶A₂(PLA₂)是一大类能水解磷脂特定酯键的结构和功能不同的酶。按照是否依赖钙离子分为sPLA₂，cPLA₂及iPLA₂ 3类。现对就磷脂酶A₂的分类及其抗炎、抗菌方面的作用作一综述。

    Progress on Phospholipase A₂

    Abstract：Phospholipase A₂ (PLA₂) is a variety of enzymes, which can hydrolyze specific ester bond of the phospholipids, and all of the enzymes have different configurations and functions. According to the dependence on CA₂+ PLA₂ can be divided into sPLA₂, cPLA₂ and iPLA₂. This paper reviews the classification of PLA₂ and its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
