葎草化学成分的研究
摘要:目的研究葎草的化学成分。方法采用反复柱色谱法分离,利用化合物的波谱学数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了7个化合物:β-谷甾醇 (Ⅰ)、N-p-香豆酰酪胺(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、芹菜素(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇(Ⅴ)、木犀草素(Ⅵ)、大波斯菊苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ为首次从此植物中分离得到。关键词:葎草;化学成分;黄酮

Study on Chemical Constituents of Humulus scandens

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Humulus scandens. Methods The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β- sitosterol(Ⅰ),N-p-coumaroyltyramine(Ⅱ) , daucosterol (Ⅲ), apigenin (Ⅳ), stigmasterol (Ⅴ), luteolin (Ⅵ), cosmosiin (Ⅶ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ~ Ⅴ are isolated from Humulus scandens for the first time.
