HPLC法测定环戊硫酮及其片剂的含量

摘要:目的建立测定环戊硫酮的HPLC方法。方法采用Agilent zorbax XDB C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20);柱温35 ℃;检测波长348 nm。结果环戊硫酮能与其它杂质分离,线性范围为0.05~500 μg/mL,r=0.999 9,精密度和重复性较好。结论此方法准确、简便、快速,适用于环戊硫酮的质量控制。

Determination of Anethol Trithione and Its Tablets by HPLC

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of anethol trithione and its tablets. Methods An Agilent Zorbax XDB C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(80:20). The temperature of column was 35 ℃and the detection wavelength was 348 nm. Results An excellent separation was achieved for anethol trithione and other impurities. The calibration curve of anethol trithione was linear within the range of 0.05~500μg/mL (r=0.999 9). The precision and reproducibility of the method was good. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and fast for the quality control of anethol trithione and its tablets. ......
