HPLC法测定半枝莲中黄芩素的含量

摘要：目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定半枝莲中黄芩素含量的方法。方法提取药材经酸水解测定其中黄芩素含量；色谱柱Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(5 μm，250 mm×4.6 mm)，流动相为甲醇-水(7∶3)，检测波长335 nm，流速1.0 mL/min。结果黄芩素在1.26~63.0 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8)，平均回收率为99.6 %，RSD=4.44 %。结论此方法快速简便，重现性好，为半枝莲及其制剂质量控制提供了依据。
