排出泵介导的临床致病菌多药耐药性
摘要:随着抗生素在临床上的广泛应用,许多细菌产生了耐药性,尤其表现为多药耐药性,影响了抗感染的疗效。其中由细菌排出泵介导的阻止药物在体内积累是产生抗性的重要手段之一。本文主要对近年研究的临床相关细菌及其排出泵、泵的调控机制和可能的生理功能做一综述。关键词:多药耐药;排出泵;致病菌

Study on Efflux Pump-mediated Multidrug Resistance of Clinical Pathogenic Bacteria

Abstract:With the wide use of antibiotics, many bacteria have acquired drug resistance, especially multidrug resistance, which affects the therapeutic effect of anti-infection. To prevent the accumulation of intracellular drug with efflux pumps is one of the means of producing drug resistance. This article reviews the clinically relevant bacteria and their pumps, the mechanisms of regulation and the putative natural roles of efflux pumps.
