[摘要]目的：探讨苦参碱注射液治疗乙型肝炎的临床价值。方法：对85例乙肝患者静脉滴注苦参碱注射液，疗程3个月，总结其疗效，并以49例乙肝患者作对照。结果：苦参碱对乙肝患者的治愈率为43.59%，总有效率为81.19%，优于对照组(P<0.05)。对急性乙肝、慢性乙肝都有较好的疗效，其中，对慢性乙肝的总有效率为82.50%，与对照组比较，有非常显著性差异，(P<0.01)。结论：苦参碱对乙肝疗效显著，可作为乙肝治疗的常规用药。

    Curative investigation of mantrine treatment of hepatitis B

    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical value of mantrine injecta treatment of hepatilis B.Methods：After the treatment of patients with hepatitis B for three months,curative effects were summarized and compared with the controlled qroup.Results：Curative rate and total effective one was 43.59%,81.19%respectively,prior to the controlled group. Mantrine injecta was distint in the treatment of cute and chronic hepatitis,particularly, in the letter.Conclusion:Mantrine can be used as common medicine to effectively treat hepatitis B.
