[摘要] 目的：建立复方鼻咽洗剂中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为DIKMA Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，柱温40℃，流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87)，流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为327 nm。结果： 绿原酸的回归方程为Y=2 468 778.008 2X+2 128.139 3，相关系数r=0.999 6，线性范围0.04~0.40 μg，平均回收率为99.75%，RSD=1.82%(n=9)。结论：本法简便、准确、重现性好、适用性强，可作为复方鼻咽洗剂的质量控制方法。
