[摘要] 目的：对现有黄芩苷提取工艺中的水提、酸沉、水洗、醇洗各参数进行优化，为今后黄芩苷的提取和纯化提供参考。方法：以黄芩苷含量为指标，通过正交设计实验，对影响水提、酸沉、水洗、醇洗工艺的因素进行考察，并进行方差分析。结果：确定了提取黄芩苷的最佳工艺条件。结论：该提取工艺合理，黄芩苷收率高，质量易于控制。
