我院神经外科抗菌药物使用调查分析

     [摘要]目的：分析我院神经外科病人抗菌药物使用情况。方法：随机抽取神经外科住院病历120份，调查抗菌药物使用情况。结果：抗菌药物使用率为67.5%。使用最多是头孢菌素类、硝基咪唑类、氨基糖苷类，常用联合用药方式有头孢菌素类+硝基咪唑类、头孢菌素类+氨基糖苷类。结论：我院神经外科抗菌药物使用基本遵循了安全、有效、经济的合理用药原则，基本无不合理用药现象，但仍存在某些不适当用药和需要改正的问题。
