腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术32例报告

[摘要] 目的：探讨腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的方法及疗效。方法：应用腹腔镜对32例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔行穿孔修补术。结果：32例腹腔镜手术均获成功，无中转开腹，手术时间为38～70 min，平均50 min,无手术并发症。术后住院5～7 d,平均6 d。30例随访6～24个月，平均18个月，未再出现溃疡病症状，胃镜检查示溃疡均已愈合，术后无肠粘连、肠梗阻等并发症。结论：腹腔镜治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔创伤小、恢复快、疗效满意。
