高效液相色谱法测定清热止泻合剂中葛根素的含量

[摘要]目的：测定清热止泻合剂中葛根素的含量。方法：采用HPLC法(C18柱)；流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75)；流速1.0 ml/min；检测波长250 nm。结果：葛根素在15.68~196 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)；平均回收率为98.7%，RSD=0.84%。结论：所建立的含量测定方法简便，准确，重现性好，可作为该产品的质量控制方法。
