[摘要] 互联网的发展使得域名的重要性和有限性日益彰显，从而不可避免的使域名成为企业抢注和争夺的对象。本文介绍了域名争议的仲裁机构以及医药行业在域名争议时，如何采用仲裁的办法来解决争端，以保护企业合法的权益。

[Abstract] Based on and promoted by Internet, the domain names have developed rapidly. It is pressing but difficult to protect the domain names from dispute effectively owing to its particularity and the lack of relative laws. This exists in the pharmacy industry.
