亚甲蓝在肛肠病术后镇痛应用的临床研究

[摘要] 目的：解决肛肠病术后疼痛问题。方法：以亚甲蓝为主，组成长效镇痛剂进行临床应用。观察镇痛治疗的满意度，生理指标，术后不良反应。结果：Ⅰ度疼痛达到61.57%，Ⅱ度疼痛达到28.23%，Ⅲ度疼痛达到10.2%；排便不畅以混合痔偏多，达到39%。结论：亚甲蓝长效镇痛剂用于肛肠病术后疼痛效果满意，但浓度不超过33%，一次用量不超过1 ml。实施镇痛时注意加强监测预防和及时处理不良反应和并发症。
