哌拉西林联合他唑巴坦、舒巴坦(4∶1)的体外抗菌活性比较

[摘要] 目的：观察哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、哌拉西林/舒巴坦(4∶1)对临床分离的产ESBLs菌株的体外抗菌作用，比较其抗菌活性。方法：采用标准平皿稀释法对临床分离的产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌进行药物敏感测定。结果：哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、哌拉西林/舒巴坦复方制剂(4∶1)对多数产ESBLs菌具有很好的抗菌作用。结论：哌拉西林/他唑巴坦抗菌效果优于哌拉西林/舒巴坦。
