[摘要]目的：探讨环抱内固定器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的临床应用技术和疗效。方法：本组28例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折全部应用环抱内固定器。结果：经过4～18个月(平均10个月)随访，骨折全部愈合。按骨科临床疗效评价标准全部为优。结论：环抱内固定器是治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的理想方法。

    Encircle the inner fixer curing clavicle middle piece comminuted fracture 28 examples

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the clinical applied technique and curative effect encircling the inner fixer curing clavicle middle piece comminuted fracture. Methods: All of the patients fracture encircled the inner fixer. Results: After 4～18(average 10 ) months follow-ups , all coalescence of fracture pass. According to clinical department of orthopedics curative effect valuation standard,all was excellent. Conclusion: Encircling the inner fixer is a ideal method for curing clavicle middle piece comminuted fracture .
