薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量

     [摘要] 目的:建立薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量。方法:以原儿茶醛为对照品,二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(8∶5∶0.8)为展开剂,分离得到原儿茶醛,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长281 nm,测定原儿茶醛的含量。结果:原儿茶醛在0.50~4.50 μg/ml 范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7。平均含量为0.202 mg/ml,加样回收率为98.0%~103.0%。结论:实验结果表明,薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量,方法操作简便、准确度高、精密度好,可用于丹参注射液的质量控制。

    [Abstract] Objective: To separate and determine the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Injection by TLC-UV method.
