[摘要] 目的：验证AF系统手术在胸腰椎骨折治疗的意义。方法：应用AF系统对104例胸腰椎不稳定骨折患者进行复位内固定，并作X 线、CT检查对AF疗效进行分析。术后平均随访16个月 。结果：术前Frankel分级B～D级均有1～2级的进步，无医原性神经根损伤体征，无断钉现象。结论：AF 内固定系统具有操作简单、固定确切、疗效显著等优点，是治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的有效方法之一。

    The application of AF nail in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae fractures

    [Abstract] Objective:To verify the significance of the Atlas Fixation(AF) system for thoracolumbar vertebrae.Methods:104 cases with thoracolumbar spine fractures wereoperated byAF internal fixation. And to evaluate the effectiveness of the AF by X-ray and CT scans.Results:Thepatierts of Frankel’s B~D before operation were improved by 1~2 degree after operation. There were no iatrogenic nerve root injury and broken screws.Conclusion:There are advantages, such as simple manipulation, perfect fixation and obvious effectiveness, forAF ,it is one of effective methods of treatment for thoracolumbar fractures. ......
