HPLC法测定消旋山莨菪碱合剂中主药的含量

[摘要] 目的：建立消旋山莨菪碱合剂中消旋山莨菪碱含量测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱为瑞士Spherigel C18(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸二氢钾(22∶78)；流速为1.0 ml/min；紫外检测波长为217 nm。结果：山莨菪碱溶液的浓度在20.0~80.0 μg/ml范围内和峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4)；平均回收率为100.4%，RSD为0.27%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确、灵敏，可用于消旋山莨菪碱合剂的质量控制。

[Abstract] Objective:To develop high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the content determination of raceanisodamine in Raceanisodamine Mixture. Methods:HPLC was adopted with Spherigel C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. An aqueous solution containing Methamol-0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate(22∶78). Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.
