[摘要] 目的：探讨抗菌药物合理应用的有效途径。方法：通过分析抗菌药物不合理应用的因素，针对性地加强抗菌药物不合理应用环节的药学监护。结果：药学监护是促进抗菌药物合理应用的有效途径。结论：药学监护在促进抗菌药物合理应用方面具有重要意义，使有限的抗菌药物资源得到最大限度的应用，减少不良反应。
