     [摘要] 目的：观察注射加结扎方法治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法：选取符合Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度直肠脱垂诊断标准病例23例，采用消痔灵注射加直肠黏膜多点结扎法治疗，术后随访1～2年。结果：23例均一次成功治愈。结论：此种方法治疗直肠脱垂疗效高，复发率低，是治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的理想方法。
