[摘要] 目的：探讨新生儿颅内出血的护理和预防，以提高早产儿存活率。方法：通过药物的治疗和护理，避免过多的翻动，保证安静，使患儿免受刺激，尽可能预防新生儿合并症。结果：提高患儿生存率。结论：高质量的护理和减少患儿翻动，保持病室安静是预防新生儿颅内出血和提高患儿生存率的有效措施。
