卵巢过度刺激综合征的超声诊断价值

[摘要] 目的：探讨超声检查对卵巢过度刺激综合征的诊断价值。方法：动态监测卵巢过度刺激综合征的声像图改变。结果：10例患者卵巢体积增大呈均势性，卵泡数目增多呈均势性增长，其中，8例伴腹腔积液，2例腹腔积液伴胸腔积液。10例中6例未受孕，4例受孕，2例单胎，2例双胎，其中1例双胎胎停育。结论：超声检查对卵巢过度刺激综合征的预防、诊断、治疗具有重要的临床价值，是首选的方法。

[Abstract] Objective:To study the ultrasonic diagnostic value of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).Methods:The changes of acoustic image for OHSS had been monitored dynamically.Results:Of 10 cases patients, whose ovary dimensions had uniformly enlarged and numbers of follicle had homogeneously grown, 8 cases complicated with ascites and 2 cases had ascites combining with hydrothorax.Among 10 cases patients, 6 cases were not pregnant and 4 cases pregnant, including 2 cases of monocyesis and 2 cases of twin pregnancy (one case of twin fetus had stopped growing) ......
