开放性胫腓骨骨折不同治疗方式效果观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：采用不同手术方法治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折，探讨其优缺点及适应证。方法：166例开放性胫腓骨骨折患者分别采用加压钢板、外固定支架及交锁髓内钉三种不同的固定方法治疗，对比分析其疗效。结果：三种治疗法在疗效(离床下地时间，骨折愈合时间，骨折不愈合发生情况及伤口感染情况)上有显著性差异，加压钢板离床下地活动时间和骨折愈合时间最长，伤口感染、骨不连发生率最高。结论：三种治疗方式各有特点，应根据具体情况选用，以达到最好治疗效果。
