[摘要] 新时期医院职工心态错综复杂，本文对产生各种心态的原因加以分析，探讨如何做好医院职工思想工作，正确把握医院职工心态，用唯物辩证法的观点掌握变化规律，因势利导地做好医院职工的思想工作。

    [Abstract] In order to adapt the complex mentality of hospital staff in the new era,the paper has analyzed the complex mentality of hospital staff and elaborated how to grasp the key factors of hospital ideological work. The present paper also try to find the best way in the practice of hospital ideological work in the new era with the point of view of the materialist dialectics.
