大鼠下颌骨成骨细胞对格列本脲的转运

     [摘要] 目的：研究下颌骨成骨细胞(MO)对格列本脲的跨膜转运，为种植体全身给药提供实验依据。方法：将大鼠MO与含有格列本脲的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)共同孵育一定时间后，收集细胞，超声波破碎，用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定裂解液中的药物含量，用考马斯亮蓝法测定细胞蛋白总量。用细胞内药物含量与细胞蛋白的比值作为观察药物转运量的检测指标。结果：实验组MO内可测到格列本脲的存在。结论：MO可以跨膜转运格列本脲进入细胞内，证实了人工种植牙给药的可行性。
