腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术与经腹部子宫全切术的临床效果比较(1)

[摘要] 目的：比较腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术(LAVH)与经腹部子宫全切术(TAH)的临床效果。方法：收集我院2004年6月～2006年6月接受以上两种途径子宫切除术的病例共150例的临床资料，其中，LAVH 100例(LAVH组)，TAH 50例(TAH组)，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后病率及住院时间等。结果：LAVH组手术时间与TAH组比较，差异无显著性(P>0.05)，但LAVH组术中出血量、术后病率及住院时间均明显小与TAH组，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：LAVH创伤小、病人痛苦少，术后恢复快。

[Abstract] Objective:To compare the clinical characteristics of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH) and transabdominal hysterectomy(TAH).Methods: Clinical data about 150 cases who recived LAVH and TAH were collected.The operation time,intraoprative blood loss,postoprative pyrexia rates and hospital stay time were compared between LAVH group(n=100) and TAH group(n=50). Results:The operation time was not significantly different between LAVH group and TAH group(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pyrexia rates and hospital stay time were lower in LAVH group than in TAH group (P0.05)。然而LAVH组术中出血量和住院时间均明显小于TAH组,差异有显著性(P
