[摘要] 目的：通过对ICU患者气管切开术的分析，探讨ICU气管切开的作用。方法：回顾总结2005年1月~2007年12月38例行气管切开术患者的临床资料。结果：治愈或好转25例，自动出院5例，死亡8例。结论：气管切开术对解除呼吸道梗阻、维持机械通气、纠正低氧血症有较好作用，加强ICU患者气管切开的护理是保证疗效的重要环节。

    The clinical experience and nursing of the ICU patients received tracheotomy

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of tracheotomy for ICU patients.Methods: From Jan 2005 to Dec 2007, the clinical data of 38 cases received tracheotomy were summaried retrospectively. Results: 25 cases cured or improved, 5 cases abandoned treatment and 8 cases died.Conclusion: The tracheotomy plays an important role in relieving airway obstruction, keeping mechanical venting, correcting hypoxemia. To strengthen the care of ICU patients with tracheotomy is an important link.
