甘露醇治疗外伤性低眼压的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：评价甘露醇治疗外伤性低眼压的疗效。方法：对60例外伤性低眼压患者应用甘露醇治疗并进行随访分析。结果：60例中应用甘露醇治疗后眼压恢复正常者48例，占80%，12例无效需行手术治疗，治疗无副作用。结论：甘露醇是一种简便有效、安全的治疗外伤性低眼压的方法。

The effects of Mannitol on traumatic hypotony

[Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the effects ofMannitol on traumatic hypotony.Methods: Carrying on follow-up visit in analysis the 60 examples treating with Mannitol.Results: 48 examples recover to normal ocular pressure after Mannitol treatment， account for 80%，and 12 examples invalid need surgical treatment， the treatment did not have the side effect. Conclusion:Mannitol is a simple and safe effective medthod of treating traumatic hypotony.

眼球钝挫伤多引起睫状体脱离，常造成长期低眼压，引起黄斑水肿，从而导致视功能下降，即往药物治疗效差，属难治性低眼压，只能采用激光、睫状体缝合复位手术，人工虹膜隔植入[1]等手术治疗，因睫状体损伤以及缝合线残留可引起一定并发症，手术治疗效果亦欠佳，自2006年以来笔者应用甘露醇[2]治疗外伤性低眼压，效果良好，现报道如下：
1资料和方法
1.1临床资料
本组病例为2006年10月~2007年11月住院病例共60例60只眼，其中男44例，女16例，年龄12~68岁，平均40.8岁。病程1天至半年不等。全部病例均有不同程度视力下降，手术前视力0.1以下者38只眼，0.2~0.4者16只眼，0.5者6只眼。眼压：
