创伤外科实习护生职业暴露及防护对策(1)

     [摘要] 目的：了解创伤外科实习护生职业防护现状和相关因素，对存在的问题提出相应的对策。方法：采用自行设计的调查表，对78名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果：仅有13%的学生知道标准预防的概念，11%的学生知道经血液传染的疾病有哪些，12%的学生知道正确洗手的步骤，22%的学生知道被锐器刺伤应如何处理，被医疗锐器损伤的发生率高达95%。结论：实习护生在工作中应加强自身防护意识，学校和医院要加强对护生职业防护的教育和培训，才能保证职业安全，预防院内感染。
